Her specialization in behavioral management enables her to offer tailored interventions for adolescents, adults, and families. With a comprehensive understanding of both mental health and criminal justice, Eunice graduated from St. Joseph’s and Capella University, where she cultivated the skills essential for her impactful career. Ms. Abdul-Akbar is a highly experienced child therapist with over a decade of expertise. She began her career as a School Counselor in Philadelphia, specializing in at-risk and special needs populations. Later, as a Behavior Specialist covering the Tri-state area, she provided tailored therapeutic services to children.

In addition to her clinical work, Ms. Abdul-Akbar served as an executive in the Philadelphia Department of Human Services, where she implemented initiatives to rehabilitate family dynamics in challenged communities. She holds degrees from Temple University and Wilmington University and is bilingual, enabling her to effectively connect with diverse clients. With her compassionate approach and extensive background, Ms. Abdul-Akbar continues to make a positive impact on children and families' lives.
