Crystal L. Miller is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and International Behavior Analyst (IBA) with extensive experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and trauma-informed care. She holds degrees from Temple University and Saint Joseph’s University, bringing together a foundation in criminal justice with a long-standing commitment to behavioral healthcare and nonprofit service.
Throughout her career, Crystal has focused on comprehensive autism and adaptive functioning assessments, program development, and ethical clinical leadership. Her work emphasizes culturally responsive, strengths-based care that respects the whole person and the systems surrounding them. As a Clinical Director, she is dedicated to empowering individuals and families to build meaningful, sustainable change.
Crystal is also committed to advancing the field through advocacy, mentorship, and continued professional development, guided by the belief that effective behavior change must be humane, collaborative, and rooted in dignity.

Licensed Professional Counselor (Evaluator)
Zarahis Pichardo, a Licensed Professional Counselor and the owner of Pure Life Counseling, holds a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from Lancaster Bible College & Graduate School, earned in 2018. With extensive experience in her field, Zarahis joins TBHS as an evaluator for our IBHS program, bringing expertise and dedication to ensure comprehensive and effective assessments and written orders.

Senior Registered Behavior Technician (Trainer)
Kelsey Shenk is a Senior Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with extensive experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and a strong passion for supporting individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. She specializes in implementing personalized behavior intervention plans that are tailored to meet each client’s unique needs. With years of hands-on experience, Kelsey excels in mentoring new RBTs and collaborating closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to deliver exceptional care. Her patient-centered approach ensures that every individual receives the support and guidance they deserve. Kelsey’s leadership skills help create a positive, team-oriented environment, fostering both professional growth and client progress. Her dedication to making a lasting impact on her clients’ lives is evident in the meaningful progress she helps them achieve. Kelsey’s expertise and commitment continue to inspire her team and the families she serves.

Licensed Behavior Specialist and Trainer
Lissette Brito is a Behavior Consultant and Licensed Behavior Specialist with extensive experience in Applied Behavior Analysis across home, school, and community settings. She brings a strong clinical foundation and a collaborative approach to supporting individuals with autism and complex behavioral needs.
In her role at Taylor Behavioral Health Services, Lissette works closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and support the implementation of effective behavior intervention strategies. She also serves as a trainer and mentor for Behavior Consultants and Licensed Behavior Specialists, providing guidance, clinical support, and professional development to strengthen service quality and consistency across teams.
Lissette is passionate about mentoring clinicians, supporting skill development, and promoting ethical and effective care. She values collaboration with caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary providers to ensure treatment plans are practical, individualized, and meaningful for each client. Her dedication to clinical excellence and staff growth supports positive outcomes for both families and professionals within the organization.
