Morgan has demonstrated continued growth and dedication throughout her time with TBHS. After previously serving as a BHT and transitioning into a paraprofessional role, Morgan recently returned to the BHT position to support a new client.
Since returning to the role, Morgan has received positive feedback from her supervisor for her receptiveness to feedback, ability to apply behavioral interventions, attention to data collection, and thoughtful observations of client progress and needs.
Morgan’s willingness to learn, adapt, and apply feedback reflects the commitment we value at TBHS.
