Taylor Behavioral Health Services is proud to recognize Adrian Haagen, BHT, as our Employee of the Month!
Adrian has shown meaningful growth since stepping into his role. While he came to TBHS with previous experience working with children, this position has challenged him in new ways and helped him continue developing patience, flexibility, and confidence when supporting the children he works with.
What stands out most about Adrian is his willingness to reflect, learn, and improve. He is receptive to feedback, asks thoughtful questions, and continues looking for ways to strengthen the support he provides. Although behavioral health is not the field he is currently studying, Adrian has shown that this role is much more than just another job to him. He genuinely wants to learn more and find meaningful ways to make a positive difference in the lives of children.
We are proud of the growth Adrian has demonstrated and appreciate the care, patience, and effort he brings to his work each day.
