We are excited to recognize Kayalanie Morales as one of our Employee of the Month recipients for her exceptional work within our school-based services. Although new to the field, Kayalanie has quickly made a positive impact by demonstrating a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
Kayalanie has truly hit the ground running by supporting both students and teachers and stepping into different roles when needed to ensure the classroom runs smoothly. She is a team player who asks thoughtful questions, accepts feedback, and applies what she learns to continue growing in her role.
Her flexibility, positive attitude, and commitment to supporting others make her a valuable part of the team. We are proud of the progress she has made and look forward to her continued growth within the field.

We are proud to recognize Laura Romig as one of our Employee of the Month recipients for her outstanding work within our IBHS services. Laura consistently demonstrates dedication, compassion, and professionalism in her role as a BHT while supporting a challenging case. She approaches each day with a positive mindset and a strong commitment to her client’s success.
Laura’s ability to problem-solve in the moment, accept and apply feedback, and collaborate effectively with her team truly sets her apart. Even during difficult situations, she remains focused on finding meaningful and effective ways to support her client. Her willingness to grow and adapt speaks to the high level of care she provides.
